We, the undersigned organizations and individuals, declare the following
- We condemn the U.S. military aggression against Venezuela, a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and a new, dangerous escalation in the pattern of imperialist warmongering.
- We do not see this attack as an isolated incident. It is part of the same drive for global dominance that fuels NATO aggression in Ukraine, provocations against China, and other attacks on sovereign states. This policy is pushing humanity to the brink of a
catastrophic world war. - We stand in unconditional solidarity with the people of Venezuela and with all peoples fighting against imperialist aggression and for their right to self-determination.
- We call for massive non-cooperation with the war machine. The primary task within the imperialist countries themselves is to sabotage this machine by refusing to:
– Fight in or support NATO armies.
– Transport NATO troops and materiel.
– Produce or supply weapons and war materiel.
– Cooperate with imperialist propaganda, sanction wars, or NATO bases.
Our shared slogan is: “The Netherlands out of NATO! No cooperation with the imperialist war!” - We call upon the global antifascist and peace movement to endorse this statement, protest vigorously, and organize concrete actions of solidarity and resistance. In the spirit of the Buchenwald Oath, we continue the struggle for a world of peace and
freedom, and will not stop until the last guilty party stands before the court of the peoples.
